Can you name our new class?

name-our-classHere’s your chance to make your mark in Hammer History. We’ve created a new class to replace Tuesday’s Boxing – we just don’t know what to call it. Throw us your ideas and the best one will win a month’s worth of unlimited classes. Check it out:

Our new class recreates the competitive nature of playing on a team and is the perfect answer to a mid-week workout shake-up. Participants join forces to compete for points in a team based challenge of the coach’s choosing. Workouts could be aerobic or anaerobic in nature and could include circuit training, continuous training, cross training, fartlek training, interval training, calisthenics or weight training. Whatever you do, it’ll be in competition with your class comrades.

Expect to do push-ups and lunges between throws or a strength circuit between rowing intervals, or participate in ergo and sprint races or rep battles with barbells. No matter what your fitness level, by the end of class, you’ll be out of breath, dripping in sweat, and definitely cracking a smile.

The best part (apart from getting a solid gold workout) is that the points you earn in each class will translate to actual Hammer Cash. That’s right – watch those points add up and then make it rain on the drinks fridge or your next PT session.
