Sports Specific In Season Training

This membership is the last instalment of our Athletic enhancement series. You may have seen our off-season version and most recently, our preseason version where we focused on building big capacities for the upcoming winter sporting season. We have had great participation so far and our guys are in tip top shape for their upcoming sporting season. We have catered for a variety of sports in this cohort from contact-based sports to non-contact sports with both pushing excellent strength and power improvements.  Whilst also learning and accomplishing good shapes and positions for their velocity and agility and witnessing increases in aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.

With all this said and done it is time for trials and the season proper to kick- off. Which means the membership must change to accommodate stressors of the season ahead. This means contact hours with the S&C coach usually diminishes in local or state league-based sports and the focus on technical and tactical training takes a priority. Now that athletes are time poor from here on in, we are offering two strength sessions a week on Monday and Wednesday at 630pm to maintain the capacities achieved so far in preseason. We will be kicking this off on the 18th of March and the previous preseason program will be dissolved into this in-season phase.

Along with this membership you will receive access to ice baths and recovery boots to aid recovery post games in order to be ready for the week of training prep ahead.

To summarise In-season participants receive:

  • 2 * STRENGTH PORGRAMS A WEEK – MON AND WED 630PM
  • ACCESS TO ICE BATHS AND RECOVERY BOOTS
  • CONDITIONING CLASS ACCESS

$50 per week
