October Best on Ground

For a long time Judith has been a consistent trainer in the gym and has steadily progressed over the past 2 years back when she had never done any strength training. In October Judith was a part of the Athlete Development Program and she absolutely worked her butt off. Each week she went from strength to strength and ended up achieving some outstanding results! Some of her ADP highlights included 28 squats at 80% of her bodyweight, losing 10mm on skinfolds and 6 reps on bench at 60% of her bodyweight – not bad for someone not being able to lift 1 rep on the same weight a couple months ago. Well done Judith Collier!
