This option of online training focuses on the ability to increase the strength of the participant first and foremost. This is done in a 3 to 5 session format depending on training phases, lifters’ competency and lifters’ capacity.
Here we periodise anyone to achieve higher strength values than what could be attained prior to signing up to this membership. We do not advocate any gimmicks or fancy systems, just consistency with tried and tested methods that have worked for us over a long time.
