This class is for anyone who wants to move better and improve their gym IQ.
Each week our coaches will have a key exercise or series of exercises they want to focus on. They will go through regressions of the exercise in order to help participants perfect a movement. For new members, our coaches will begin with the basics.*
This session has a different pace from our regular strength sessions. You may not get the chance to fully rip in, but it allows each and every participant a chance to improve their Gym IQ.
The higher your Gym IQ the more advanced the sessions, the more advanced the sessions, the more options when it comes to how you train. Thus, allowing you to achieve bigger more demanding movements (higher calorie killing) at the same time adding variety and increasing your knowledge repertoire.
A great session for beginners or experienced alike who just want to know more.
*In order to obtain your 24-hour access or join our group strength sessions, you are required to attend a minimum of 2 Lift IQ sessions.

- To be granted 24-hour access you must attend 2 of these sessions. Same goes for our group strength members – our coaches will take you through a lifting basics to ensure your competency in the gym.
